"Power semiconductor devices are turned on and off at different current levels. Fully automated measurements with high bandwidth allows the investigation of the dynamic switching behavior of wide bandgap SiC and GaN switches. Switching losses and stresses are extracted with an automated toolchain. Heat regulation allows the characterization of the power semiconductor devices under different temperature conditions."
