Kurze Beschreibung des Gerätes (maximal 5000 Zeichen):
The module can be used to perform quasi-static tensile, compression and bending tests. The typical sample length is approximately 55 mm and the maximum load is 10 kN. Slow cyclic loading is possible and allows for the low cycle fatigue testing. The test can be performed in an SEM and a combination with EDS and EBSD is possible. This allows for the real-time observation of the deformation and fracture behaviour.
