The Thermo Scientific Orbitrap Exploris 480 is a high‑resolution, quadrupole‑Orbitrap–based mass spectrometer used for demanding proteomics analyses. It combines extremely high mass accuracy and resolution. With a resolution of up to 480,000 at m/z 200 and mass accuracy below 3 ppm, the system delivers high‑quality HRAM data even for complex samples. The scan speed of up to 40 Hz enables fast chromatographic separations and efficient DIA and DDA workflows across a mass range of 40 to 6,000 m/z.
