This X-ray diffractometer (XRD) is equipped with 2D detector and Iron (Fe) radiation source. The D8 Advance goniometer supports theta-scans for comprehensive phase identification and lattice parameter determination. Integrated with high-automation software, the instrument specializes in texture analysis, enabling the rapid generation of pole figures and Orientation Distribution Functions (ODFs).
