FT-IR VERTEX 70 device (Bruker) and a Harrick Praying Mantis mirror system System optimized for heterogeneous catalysis analysis under in-situ conditions at ambient pressure up to 500°C. Samples applied in powder form (slurry) to form a thick film (10 x 10 mm). Connection to reactive gas mixing unit at the IAC. Yields quick infrared sepctra to identify IR-active surface species during catalysis conditions.
